mind of keen intellectuals condemns the type of entertainment offered by musicals as a dangerous form of cscapism. we cannot help but feel that the musical film comedy In these. troubled days is a soothing balm after a hard day at the office or a fruitless attempt to trim the family budget in the face of rising prices.
