Varley, AFC, Senior Pilot of BOAC, in his talk boforo the Hong Kong Rotary Club yesterday, The Association, said Captain Varley, was formed originally as a result of dissatisfaction with conditions of service and to ensure that a code, of ethics was drawn up that would be bind- ing upon air line pilots, airline operators, and the Air Ministry.
