Communist forces, according to official reports, are completing
preparations for a massive invasion of Kwangsi.
The Communist commander, General Lin Piao, the reports said, has as- sembled seven armies or 175,000 if at full strength, for an attack on Kwangsi from Hunan.
Four of these armies are massed West of the Hunan-Kwangsi' railgoed
and three to the East.

Thirteen members of the crew of a Chinese Junk were rescued by the British naval tug Enigma en Monday, it was officially announced yes- terday.
The junk was sighted about. 100 miles South of Hong Kong drifting helplessly in rough weather.
The men were taken on board Enigma, but the junk and its cargo of kerosene had to be abandoned as lost, be- cause of the high seas pre- vailing.
