Local Swindlers Preying On Overseas Chinese In U.S.
A new and ingenious swindle is being perpetrated,
by members of a local organisation known as
the "Flying General," according to the local Uncle George

mense patience as it takes several months to complete one operation. The victims of the "Flying General" are overseas Chinese in the! United States, and because of the large num ber of American-retumed Chinese in the Colony, Hong Kong proved to be on easy picking ground for members of the gang.
