The American, British and Canadian financial conference today adopted a programme to encourage investment of Americon capital in the Sterl- ing Area.
In their first decision to relieve Britain's crucial dollar shortage, the nine Minis- ters adopted unanimously the report of the "Overseas Investment Com- mittce" which they appointed on Wednesday.
The Committee's report was released by Mr. John Snyder, Secretary of the
