ON GERMAN BORDER AFFAIR
Prague, September 6.
The Czech Government announced tonight that o protost had been sent to the United Stator Embassy here complaining that United States troops had forcibly taken a Czech party across the border into Bavaria.
The note complained of the harsh treatment allegeo ly meted out to the Czech party, which consist- ed of a pistol-armed working party of 22 Czech soldiers with a nine-year-old boy.
