Experts Claim End Of Organised Resistance MEMORANDUM TO U.N.
Athens, August 30
Military experts claimed here today that the final crumpling of rebel re- sistance in the Grammos area announced by the Grock Army meant the end of organised guerilla warfare throughout the country. Smashing into the last five square-mile pocket held by the rebels in the Grammos area, Army forces today took full control of the frontier with Albania, it was officially claimed.
Greek commanders and mountain fighters closed all three gateways to Albania
through which defeated guerillas could flee.
The rebels Jost 696 dead and 560 jargoners in the bitter moun- tain battle, latest casualty figures stated.

HUNGARY REJECTS PROPOSAL
Strasbourg, Auguit 30.
An agreement on a plan to set up a "Little Assem- bly," which would meet, four times a year, was roached in the Goneral Purpósós Committed of the European Assembly today. The "Little Assembly," to be known as the Per- monent Commission of the Consultative Assemi- bly, would be the equivalent of a Standing Committee.
