Nanking, March 31.
The first group of 16 officials of the Nationalist peace delegation has arrived in Peiping to begin negotiationsfomorrow night with the Chinese Communists. They left Nanking by air this morn-
ing.
Tomorrow the six official delegates will fly to Peipin and will hold their first meeting with the Communists on the same night. Preliminary discussions of procedure are expected to occuy the opening meet- ing.
