Bill To Guide Chinese Herbalists

A Bill to give a clearer gulde to Chinese herbalists and doclors hot qualified to practise by mo- dern scientific methods will be presented to the Legislative Council for its First Reading to- day.

Cited as the Medical Registro- lion Amendment Ordinance, 1910, the Bill specifies the titles that muy and may not be used by such herballats and doctors.

The penalty for contravention of the Ordinance is to be in- creased from HK$1,000

$2,000.
