A presentation of awards and certificatos and a motor fishing vessel will be made today by the Governor of Hong Kong to the people of Sing Pong Illand who rescued, helped and v fed survivors of the Lisbon Märù difastor in October, 1942.
Mr. Woo Tung-ling, representative of the Sing Pong islanders, will receive monetary awards, SCAP certificates and a Certificate of Owner- ship of the fishing vessel from Sir Alexander Grantham at 3 p.m. today. The Lisbon Maru was forpedoed by an Allied submarine.
