Landlord and Tenant Ordin-Kwok is charged with stealing fluorescent lamps, ceiling lamps and electric cables. He is also charged, together with Spary, with the theft of 600 yards of electric cables, obtaining by false pretences HK$577.93 from the steward of the Kowloon Bowling Green Club, stealing 650 yards of electric cobles, and a further 600 yards on another occasion.
