Paris, December 2. The truce between the Dutch and the Indonesian Republicans was boing increasingly strained towards breaking-point, the United Nations" Indonesian Good Offices Committee warned in their fourth interim report published today. The Committee reported to the Security Council that, despite all their efforts to effect a settle- ment of the dispute, there had been no pro- gress since June.
