will supersede the additional rates with transhipment to parts of destination previously shown in Section IV of the Homeward Tariff dated January, 1947.

The new Transhipment Tariff supplements and completes the Main Tariff No. 3 dated June, 1948, and enables Shippers to ascertain the through rates of freight to ports hitherto in operation.
