Application On Tenancy Dispute Dismissed

An application to stop further hearing of a tonancy dispute in the Kowloon Magistracy was 'dis- missed by Sir Leslie Gibson (Chief Justice) at the 'Supreme Court yosterday.

The opplication was made by Mr. B. A. Bernacchi, instructed by Mr. M. A. da Silva, on behalf of Mrs. Bertho Pears, and was to be directed to Mr. J. Wicks of the Kowloon Magistracy, and. George Victor King and George Edwin Coster, of No. 4. Knight Street, the premises of which are under dispute.
