A Full Court comprising Mr. Justice Gould (Puisne Judge) and Mr. Justice Reynolds (Additional Judge) yesterday dismissed, an appeal by the fqur mon convicted in connection with the Van Houtsz Piracy.
The defendants were, Ling. Cheuk-wa, Keung King- chung, alias Liu Più, Ling Chan-kai and Chan Chung-man. The first was sentenced to six years hard labour, while the others each have to serve nine years' hard labour, with 10. strokes of the cane.
