Soviet Union Readiness To Negotiate Programme 'Basis For Agreement'
London, May 17.
Prime Minister Josef Stalin said tonight that Russia is ready, if the United States is willing, to negotiate the difference between the two nɑ- tions on the basis of recent proposals to him by Henry A. Wallace.
