Shanghai, May 6.- Shanghai's financial loadors today submitted a
pofition to the Ministry of Finance for a change in the. Government's foreign exchange control policy as the Chinese dollar slumped to a new low of CN$1,120,000 per one United States dollar.
Suggestions were drafted at a meeting held by re- presentatives of Chinese and foreign banks, the latter including the Hong Kong and Shang- hai Bank, the National City Bank, Chase Bank, Mercantile Bank and Chartered Bank.
