The House of Representatives today approved the inclusion of Spain in the Marshall Plan by a vote of 149 to 52.
The amendment on Spain was proposed yesterday by Representative Alvin Oronski, Republican of Wisconsin, who called the Franco Govern- ment the "greatest bulwark against Com. munism in Europe".
