Relations" With Italy Opposition Voiced To Trieste Proposal

London, Mar. 22. Yugoslavia today_protested "most energetically" French against the British, American and proposal to return the Free Territory of Trieste to Italy and accused the three powers of "poisoning relations" between her and Italy. Coming less than 48 hours after the three Western powers had announced their proposal in a sur- prise move a month before Italy's general elec- tions, the protest was contained in a seven- point note handed by the Yugoslav Foreign Minister, M. Stanoye Simic, to the British, French and United States Ministers in Bel- grade.
