As far as Chinese representation is conerned, there is no justification for dissatisfaction with the proposed constitution of the projected Municipal Council for Hong Kong, declared Lord Listowel in reply to written questions submitted to him by the local Chinese press, Following are the questions submitted by the "Wah Kiu Yat Po" "Sing Tao Jih Pao," and the "Hwa Hsiang Pao," and the answers given by Lord Listowel:-
