United States Sowing Seeds Of War
Marshall Plan "Imperialistic"
Belgrade, Feb. 12.
Marshal Josef Tito, the Yugoslav Prime Minister, today accused America of "sowing the seeds of war" and of being the "greatest enemy of peace" but said: "There will be no war be- cause the people do not want war. It is a war
of nerves.'
He also announced the Marshall Plan as a scheme to save American financiers and attacked European Right-wing Socialist leaders as "valets" of American capitalists.
