Effective inmediately, merchantile cargo arriving in any Chinese ports from Hong Kong without a duplicate copy certified by the Hong Kong authorities, will be consi- dered unmanifested, though such cargo might have already been listed on the ship's manifest, according to an an nouncement released yesterday by the China Maritime Customs.
