JUDGMENT RESERVED IN PALMER APPEAL

Judgment was reserved yesterday by Mr. Justice 'T. J. Gould (Additional Judge), in an appeal brought by Alfred Brian Palmer, ex-Comman- der, R.N.R. and Marine Superintendent, CNRRA Waterways. Transport, against two convictions recorded by Mr. Blair-Kerr, Kow- loon Magistrate, on June 14, 1947.
