James Andrew Miller, 26, of 45 Commando, who was discharged by Mr. W. H. Latimer on July 30 on a charge of robbery with violence at Austin Road on May 22, was re-arrested and re-charged before the same Magistrate at Kowloon yesterday,/on the same count.
