Findings Of Board: Five Recommendations
Wrong Order By Controller
That an order contrary to established procedure, which should not have been given or accepted,
* was given by the Controller-on-Duty, Kai Tak, shortly before the Mount Parker air crash In January, appears among the findings of the board of enquiry appointed to investigate the accident.
The board's report was issued yesterday. It also includes five recommendations submitted by the acting Inspector of Accidents. Mr. Max Oxford, which were considered by the Dirce- torate of Air Services and the RAF, and have been implemented.
