Joseph Dee, '21-year-old son of à millionaire. Chinese chant, who was kidnapped on December 7, was rescued yester day by detectives in Polo, Bula- can province.
Dee, who was with his chauf- feur, had been a prisoner for a month.
The kidnappers demanded 1,- 000,000 pesos for his release.
Nine alleged members of the kidnap gang are in custody. The police are looking for the gang leader and a Chinese woman, who are the only missing mem- bers of the gang.
