Shortage of funds is threatening to hold up or

seriously delay the gigantic relief and rehall

litation programme of UNRRA-CNRRA in

China, which has hitherto benefited not only

the country as a whole but millions of Chinese Individuals of all classes and idèlogies. CNRRA which handles the distribution, of
