BEVIN CARRYING BRITAIN'S BLUEPRINT FOR GERMANY

London, Nov. 2.

The brief which the Foreign Minister, Mr. Ernest Bevin, will use when the future of Germany "Is discussed by the Council of Foreign Minis- ters in New York on Nov. 2, is still under pre- paration, it was authoritatively stated in Lon- don tonight.

The latest and fullest guide to British policy in Germany remains the detailed statement which Mr. Bevin made to the House of Commons in last month's foreign affairs debate. Reports of a six-point British plan for Germany which appeared in London tonight are not consider- ed accurate in authoritative quarters.
