In the Marine Court yesterday, Chut Tak-chuen, master of the "Cheung Fat" motor junk on the Hong Kong-Macao run, was fined $50 for failing to renew his licence; and the acting coxswain und acting engluter were cach ined $20 for having no certificate of competency, -
