S. L. Brown, prosecuting, said that on June 15, at 1.30 am. he intercepted accused's junk off West Point as it was coming in Trom Taiping. It was taken to the Taiping pier, which was cleared, for a check of the pas sengers to be made. A total of 350 was counted-15 in ex- cess of the number permitted.
