EVIDENCE THAT certain sums of money deposited by him in the Underwriters Bank between February, 1937, and November, 1939, all belonged to his sister who wanted to save it for her "marriage fund” was given by Tsang Pui-fan, who described himself as foreman in the P.W.D., at the resumed hear- ing this morning, of the inquiry into matters connected with the Air Raids Precaution Architectural Department, in the Puisne Judge's Court.
