MARSMAN DIRECTOR RESUMES EVIDENCE AT A.R.P. INQUIRY
MR. W. F. CARMAN, acting managing director of Marsman Hong Kong China, Limited, who have been responsible for the construction of more than nine miles of tun- mels on the island, was recalled when the Commission of Inquiry into matters connect- ed with A.R.P. contracts resumed its hear- ings this morning.
