JOHN ROLAND SMEATON STUART, suing Sir John Anderson and Mr. Herbert Morrison, present Home Secretary, for alleged false imprisonment under Regulation 18b, declared that he left the Bri- tish Union of Fascists in 1937 and that he was hated by the Fascists.
