Soviet Note Gives Facts In Precise Detail
THE SOVIET NOTE WHICH WAS HANDED TO THE IRANIAN AMBASSADOR IN MOSCOW ON SUNDAY NIGHT BEGAN WITH A RECAPITULATION OF THE STEPS TAKEN BY RUSSIA TO ESTAB- LISH CORDIAL RELATIONS, STATING THAT ALL THE PRIVILEGES EXTENDED TO RUSSIANS ON IRANIAN TERRITORY WHICH WERE HUMILIATING TO IRANIAN SOVEREIGNTY WERE VOLUNTARILY ABRUGRATED.
Various Russian enterprises in Iran had been handed over to the Iranian Government, and by this the Soviet Government proved to the Iranian people their readiness to assist in the development and prosperity of Iran.
