A CAMPAIGN is now in progress to inform the Soviet people how to deal with gas and other chemi- cal warfare. As in Britain in the early days of the war, many decontamination squads are holding tests.

Trained speakers and heads of A.RP. house committees can be seen in numerous little court- yards in Moscow, lecturing inhabitants în blocks and flats on how to protect themselves against gas.
Leaders and other atricles in the press urge the need for the people to take their own measures of defence. They warn that the enemy is prepared to resort to any measure to ensure victory.
