FACTS BEHIND BARTER PLAN REPORT
THE FOLLOWING' AUTHORITATIVE STATEMENT WAS ISSUED IN LONDON LAST NIGHT ON REPORTS OF A BARTER TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BRITAIN AND JAPAN:-
