Invaluable work has been per-- formed by the American Red Cross since the signing of the Acre Armistice Convention and the conclusion of the Syrian cam- paign.
Already they have distributed 800 tons of food and clothes, with 100 tons of medical supplies to wounded refugees or those ren- dered destitute as the result of the campaign. All the goods arrived. by sea and a further 700 tons is expected shortly. Reuter.
