Do Your Feet Ache?

She suggests that these exercises be done with the weight off the feet, and she cautions one that foot reconstruction work is a long, tedious process. But perseverance will bring the results you yearn for-strong feet which give you 10 discomfort whatever.
Here Is her first foot routine which adult or child may practice every day.
Exercise 1: Lying down, feet apart, extend the legs straight out, heels pushing hard, and rotate the tues Inward, big toes touching. Relax and allow feet to fall back place. Repeat five times. Relax again. Gradually work up to twenty times.
