HURRICANES TURN ATTACKS ON
British Fighters' New Role
SIX HURRICANE PILOTS YESTERDAY AT- TACKED AN ENEMY TANKER OFF THE FRENCH COAST AND SET IT ON FIRE, STATES THE AIR MINISTRY NEWS SERVICE, AND TWO COLUMNS OF BLACK SMOKE EACH 50 FEET HIGH WERE COMING FROM THE CENTRE OF THE TANKER AS THE BRI- TISH AIRCRAFT FLEW AWAY.
