This Gumbo Casserole always re- mlads me of that particular bit of Aunt Annie's philosophy. Its chief ingredients are chicken meat, a drift of hot snowy rice, tender pink ham, cut in small places. And we treat them haudsomely. flrat, by blending in condensed chicken soup which spreads lovely chicken flavor through and through the dish.
