WHEN ONE READS about party warfare in China, one generally hears only of the Kuomintang and Communist parties. It may not, therefore, be realised that China also possesses the inestimable blessing of a Nazi party, which is not entirely un- important, says the Peiping correspondent of the “North China Daily News.”
