TAKE RIDING HONOURS, World Fair View Sets Record Despite Heavy Track Handsome Dividend Paid DAZZLING FIELDING
On The "Daily Double"
By "Rapier''
THE FOURTH EXTRA RACE MEETING ON SATURDAY WAS A DISTINCT SUCCESS. FEARS OF UNFAVOURABLE WEATHER CAUSING A POSTPONEMENT WERE DISPELLED WHEN, AFTER A GLOOMY MORNING, THE SKY CLEARED SOMEWHAT AND THE AFTERNOON'S RACING PASSED OFF WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
Racing on the whole was exceptionally keen, but in view of the heavy state of the course, it was a surprise to see one record bettered.
Mr. H. C. Pih scored three wins and two se- conds to top the list of winning jockeys, while Mr L. B. Chao was second with three wins and a second, the former breaking the 1-14 Miles re-
