Colonel Knox, Secre- tary of the U.S. Navy De- partment, yesterday warned the American Press and radio to care in reference to British war- ship movements, in the United States for repairs.
Colonel Knox said that a closer veil of secrecy than was marked by
the arrival in New York H.M.S. Malaya must surround ships arriving for Lease-and- Lend repairs. They wil enter
