"With reference to the Kwong Wah and Eastern match we have gune into the matter fully.

In regard to the only written complaint received this Committee come to the conclusion that the game was conducted in accordance with the Laws of the Game and that the Referce carried out his duties to the best of his ability.

The Committee has received a report to the effect that his eye- sight is normal.

The general efficiency of Re- ferees was discussed and the Com- mittee are satisfied that the games throughout the seuson have been conducted without complaint and therefore and no reason to take further action.

The Commitice recommend that the revival of the system of re- ports on Referees should be car- ried out during the forthcoming season."

Other Business

Advice has been received from the Shanghai Football Association that the players of the Tung Wah team of Shanghai have been sus- pended for an indefinite period.

As these players would not be permitted to play with teams af- filiated to the Football Association, England, the Hon. Secretary was instructed that the names of the players concerned be circulated to all Chinese Clubs.

Permission was granted Kwong Wah to visit Macao dur- ing the week-end.

An application from South Chinn for permission to tour Malaya was left in abeyance, un- til South China had received ad- vice that Malaya would accommo- date them.
