J. BUCKS ESTABLISHES TWO JUNIOR RECORDS
FRANCO THE NEW SENIOR CHAMPION
DESPITE THE HEAVY STATE of the track, two records were broken at the Annual Athletic Sports of St. Joseph's College held at Caroline Hill yesterday though the times returned by the senior competitors were not outstanding.
J. Bucks lowered the 800 metres junior record when he ran the distance in 2 mins. 38 1/5 seconds which was 9 seconds better than the previous record. The record for the 1,500 metres was also broken by him in 5 mins. 24 secs., which time is better than that returned by the seniors by 19 3/5 secs.

A. V. Franco easily won the senior champion- 3, Class 2-A: 4. Class 4-C. ship, while the junior and midget titles were won by S. K. Khan and Choi Hak-yan respectively.
