Chill until It begins to stiffen, then fold in carrots, green pens, celery or cucumber, beaten egg whites and mayonnaise. Pour into a mold and chill until firm. Remove from mold and serve on salad greens-lettuce, watercress or chickory or garnished with celery hearts and stuffed olives. Serves 8.
