If you have not been exercising let ni caution you to go easily at first until you limber you body. Study the directions with care, try the exercises slowly at first and then once you catch the knack and tim rhythm, do each five or six tunes at first. Gradually increase the number of times until you are do- ing them as often as is directed at the end of each movement. Re- member that exercise is essential but it should not be over-done any more than sun-bathing should be! Take to it gradually.
