RENEWED ASSURANCE of the friend- ship uniting Britain and Portugal were ex- pressed in Lisbon yesterday when Sir Ronald Campbell, new British Ambassador to Portu- gal, presented his credentials to President Carmona.
Sir Ronald referred to "two countries, which by tradition, independent spirit and the extent and strength of their colonial empires, have many characteristics and interests in
