WARM APPRECIATION of Britain's friendship and watchful interest in Japan's new order in East Asia were expressed by the Thailand Prime Minister, Luang Bipul Song- gram, in an interview with Reuter's corres- pondent in Bangkok in which the Prime Min- ister voiced Thailand's readiness to negotiate with France on the Indo-China border dispute.
