If Japan had attacked the Dutch island colon- ies on May 10-the day Adolf Hitler started into the Netherlands-a Nipponese conquest would have been a pushover.

"Our party consists only of four engineers of the six that came from Shanghai, Two-were taken on by the mechanical folk in Bombay and are staying there. We have arrived much too soon; the school is not built yet let alone started, so we spend our time learning order. I parted with the rest at Bombay, they have gone to Bangalore.
Numerous Bangalows

There's a lot to be said for tax collectors.
It has been suggested that that money might be devoted to the purchase of motor canteens or mu-. tor kitchens, which provide much needed meals to the victims of bomb outrages as well as supply- ing food and small necessaries to men stationed at remote points on the coast of Great Britaiți..
